We can supply Paper pallets manufactured by Malaysia that of paper fluting combination and Honeycomb technology with all corners protection. Foot core paper is water proof also can be used as non returnable export pallets. pallet loads up to 1500kg per square meter in static situation but weighs only a quarter of wooden one and it is convenient to transport. It saves more freight in transporting by air and more costs. Full Specification of Paper pallet:- Made by recycled paper pulp material which is environmental friendly product Durable and can be used again Stockable and less store space Light weight of 6.1 - 7 Kgs. Heavy loaded weight up to 1.5 Tones Very safe and light in weight. No nails & splinters make it safer to handle Pest free, fumigation free, moisture resistant, Dust and vermin free. 100% disposable. Pallets have been tested under stimulation All the pallets meet international requirements on trade (ISPM; ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Sizes available are 110 x 120 mm (External dimention) 100 x 110 mm , 120 x 120 mm, 90 x 90 mm, 90 x 100 mm, 80 x 80mm. We can manufacture and supply in any size required by our bellowed customers. Minimum order 1x40 FT container(Capacity 800 Pices in two parts and which can assemble easily. Wooden pallets in transportation will soon be outdated due to their weight, price, high handling cost, disposable problem. PAPER PALLET: Weight is 5 to 7 Kgs whereas a wooden pallet weighs around 20 to 35 Kgs. Compare the difference in weight especially with airfreight, the lighter packaging you have, you save more money. This is recommended for light weight products. PAPER PALLET:Is an excellent example of environmental thinking. They conform to the green packaging favour by an increasing number of customers. PAPER PALLET: Has composite material which is 100% recyclable. When combined with other recyclable packaging materials, the customer can obtain a fully recyclable packaging solution.
