DESCRIPTION:

The PL11 PFI Mill (also known as a beater or vertical pulper) is designed for use in pulp and paper experiments to provide standard quantitative samples for the determination of pulp beating degree, moisture content, pulp concentration, wet disintegration degree, and freeness. The PL11 mill is manufactured in accordance with the experimental standards specified in GB/T 29287 (Pulp—Laboratory beating—PFI mill method), ISO 5264/2-1979, ISO 5264/2, and TAPPI T248. Principle: A measured quantity of pulp with a specified concentration is placed between the rotor and the smooth beating chamber. The rotor and the beating chamber rotate at different peripheral speeds, thereby acting on the pulp to achieve the beating process.
