Description

Our organization started its activities with the converting facility established in İzmir Bayraklı in 2001 to produce napkins, toilet paper and kitchen towels from semi-finished cleaning. In 2004, we commissioned our integrated facility in Torbalı, Izmir, which also includes semi-finished products and converting, increasing product range, and became able to produce products for the Out-of-Home consumption market. The factories of our organization in Izmir-Torbalı and Mersin-Tarsus OSB have been established with deinking processes, leading the cleaning paper industry in our country. In our paper machines, semi-product coils with a width of 2.85 m and a diameter of 2.2 m are produced from scrap paper and cellulose mixtures in the range of 14 - 40 g/m2, and they are directed for our own converting needs and export. The coils produced in paper machines are produced according to the final product specifications, and in the following converting section, each product group is sized and folded as napkins, kitchen towels, box handkerchiefs, pocket handkerchiefs, Z-towels, dispenser towels and packed with appropriate packaging.
