Premier Tissues India Limited, a pioneer in the Indian hygiene industry, is a leading manufacturer of tissue hygiene products. Established in 1998 and headquartered in Bengaluru, the company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rubfila International. With a strong focus on innovation, affordability, and hygiene, Premier was among the first to introduce premium disposable tissue hygiene products to Indian households and institutions. The brand has built a reputation for quality and softness, earning the trust of customers across homes, offices, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. At the heart of its operations is one of India’s largest tissue manufacturing facilities, located in Bannur, Mysore. Spanning 11 acres with a built-up area of 100,000 sq. ft., this state-of-the-art, vertically integrated plant houses an 8 TPD paper mill and advanced converting lines, enabling end-to-end production under one roof. Sustainability is a key pillar of Premier’s operations. The company uses responsibly sourced raw materials and Eco-conscious manufacturing practices, aligning with global environmental standards.
