This machine is mainly used for black liquor extraction and concentration of alkaline and acid cooking wood pulp, bamboo pulp, and straw pulp, as well as for concentration and extraction of waste pulp. It utilizes the spatial volume changes generated by the spiral rotation of variable diameter and pitch to squeeze fibers, achieving black liquor extraction and slurry concentration. It has the advantages of high black liquor extraction rate, low fiber loss, and wide applicability to pulp.
