DESCRIPTION:
The FFT high-efficiency non-pressure flotation deinking machine is a closed tank structure, consisting of several parts, including a reaction device, an air distribution device, a self-cleaning device, and an ink separation device. The mortar enters the reaction device of the equipment from the import, and then passes through the overflow plate in the flotation zone through the air distribution device to mix and aerate the slurry. The aeration process generates broad-spectrum microbubbles to adsorb various sizes of ink and adhesive particles. The ink and light impurities attached to the bubbles enter the ink collection tank and are discharged from the discharge pipe through a U-shaped groove. The pulp is aerated through the air distribution area and discharged from the discharge port.
