MC pressure screen Applicable process: Best for the hot screening of wood or straw pulp after cooking and before washing. It also can be used for coarse screening to groundwood pulp and MC screening to waste paper pulp. Size:0.4-5m2 Inlet consistency:1.0-3.0% Production capacity:18-800T/D The stock enters the shell body in tangent direction, and the special designed weir plate make the stock overflow the screen basket. The heavy impurity are separated and collected in the heavy reject tank under the function of gravity, reducing the abrasion to the screen basket. The partial negative pressure produced by the protuberant head rotor cleans the screen basket well. |
