Packaging Paper (with Recycled Content)
This type of packing paper is currently produced at JIP on JK/4, JK/6 and JK/8. The foundation for its production is a blend of bleached sulphite and sulphate pulp combined with recycled deinked fibre. This type of charge enables the production of a wide range of papers, which may differ substantially in the achieved quality parameters. In order to cover the entire range of market requirements, three basic qualities have been defined, which fully represent this extensive area of packing paper. Bleached sulphite papers with 30%, 50% and 80% secondary lightened fibre content (from JK/6 and JK/8) are offered to customers in reels or sheets. The supplied weights range from 17-90 g/m2. JK/4 production offers varieties with 10%, 30% and 50% secondary fibre content in weights from 40 to 120 g/m2. Bleached sulphite paper with secondary lightened fibre content is applicable as packing material for consumer goods - ceramics, footwear, textile goods, etc. It is often refined by applying polyethylene or paraffin, allowing subsequent use in the food industry.
