1.Designed speed:150m/min 2.Corrugated roll diameter:320mm 3.Available width:1600mm-2200mm 4.Heat source:steam 5.Vacuum suction system provide perfect flute shape. 6.Double flutes structure, one flute unit working and the other pre-heating. Operate the switch of the cluth to change flute rapidly. 7.Block design of the gluing unit with frequency conversing drive,straight guideway slipping,hydraulic lock, pneumatic movement of the glue trough, electric control of dividing glue.Motorized glue application and digital read out. 8.Auto-circulating glue feeding system is provided to avoid the deposition of the glue. 9.Corrugated paper spraying device is equipped. 10.The corrugated roll is made of special alloy steel of 48CrMo with grinding process and induction hardened with hardness of HRC56-60, 11.Frequency conversing motor transmission,frequency converter control of acceleration and deceleration of the machine. Two units of individual driving box,gimbal transmission,isolated dynamic vibration,flooding system lubrication to improve the stability. 12.Hydraulic control of upper roll and gluing roll. 13.The bearing of corrugated rolls and press rolls are lubricated by high temperature lubricating grease and manual centralized lubricating system is available.
