AKD High Polymer Emulsifier is a cationic polymer independently developed by our technical team. It not only emulsifies AKD wax but also stabilizes the colloid, improves retention, and enhances sizing efficiency by 2%–8%. The resulting emulsion, prepared by mechanical stirring, has high stability, faster curing, and reduced hydrolysis. Its shelf life exceeds 6 months, significantly longer than starch-based emulsions.
