Organosilicone Defoamer is a high-efficiency defoaming agent independently developed by our technical team, specially designed for foam control in papermaking pulp black liquor systems. Based on polysiloxane and modified silicone components, it provides rapid foam knockdown and long-lasting suppression, ensuring stable operation under harsh process conditions. The product is composed of polysiloxane, modified polysiloxane, silicone resin, silica, dispersing agents, and stabilizers, offering excellent stability in strong alkaline environments (pH 10.0–14.0) and at moderate to high temperatures (60–90°C). It delivers immediate defoaming action with superior foam inhibition performance, helping improve process efficiency and reduce operational issues caused by excessive foam. Appearance: White or Yellowish Uniform Liquid Emulsion pH: 6.5 – 8.5 Nonvolatile Content (%): 30.0±1.0 / 35.0±1.0 Viscosity (25℃, mPa·s): 150 – 250 Emulsifier Type: Weak Anionic Diluent: Thickening Water (10–30℃) |
