Product Characteristics: 1.Mixed emulsion of high fatty alcohol and fatty acid derivatives 2.Excellent breaking and inhibiting foam performance 3.Application temperature is 20℃-40℃ 4.Good stability and small viscosity change during prolonged storage. Performance Index: Index Property Testing Method Appearance White Or Light Yellow Liquid By Eye Solid Content 29% Min GB/T6284-2006 pH Value 6.0~7.0 pH Test Paper Main Application: 1.Wet end of paper making: used in production process of papers, like cardboard paper, white board paper, corrugated paper, newspaper or cultural paper. 2.Industrial waste water treatment. 3.Other production process which can’t involve organic silicon. How to Use: It is a mixture, an unstable system in thermodynamics, after prolonged storage there may be a slight tendency for product separation or sedimentation, this phenomenon is normal. It is suggested to stir this product well first before using, which don’t affect using performance. 1. For one ton paper, 150g-300g is enough. 2. According to paper type, paper additive or paper machine speed etc to choose the optimal adding point. 3. Directly use or use after dilution. 4. If dilution, please dilute as directed by our company. Package: It is packed by 25L plastic drum or 200L iron drum or 1000kg IBC drum. This product should be stored in cool and dry conditions, avoiding sun exposure and heat. If catch fire, please use the treating method for petroleum product to put out the fire. This product will freeze below 0℃, if frozen, thaw it and stir gently to assure homogeneity. When stored between 10℃ and 30℃ in the original unopened package, this product has a usable life of 6 months from the date of production |
