GENERAL INFORMATION: Invely Defoamer TECHNICAL DATA SHEET: The defoamer INVELY-5060 is a water emulsion based on fatty alcohol. Appearance Viscous White (Milk-like) Relative Density (g/cm3, 25℃) 0.96 Viscosity, dynamic 250mPa.s 20℃ Solubility In water, the material disperses. APPLICATIONS: The INVELY-5045 is a cleaning agent recommended to treat aqueous foam problems. It can be used in various processes such as: · Pulp and Paper Industry. (suitable for 45-55℃ in white water. SAFE HANDING ADVICE: · Defoamer INVELY-5060 can be used pure or diluted. · Treatment should be followed by a rinsing step by drinkable water thus may remain technically unavoidable presence of processing aid in the final product. · Our technical team is at your disposal to optimize the point of introduction and dosage. In general it is advisable to use it at 50 to 100 ppm. HANDLING AND STORAGE: · Before use, it is recommended to read the safety data sheet. · Protect from the freeze. SHELF LIFE: ·After a long storage time a little phase displacement could appear. Original properties could be recovered by simple mixing. ·INVELY-5060 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. PACKAGING: ·Net Weight: 200Kgs/Plastic Drum.
