A polyether-modified silicone defoamer specialized for pulping process in paper industry. Does not contain NP, APEO. Excellent stability, low dosage, and effectively reduces costs. Outstanding defoaming and antifoaming performance even in high-temperature (>60℃), strong acid (pH<3), and strong alkali environments Suitable for harsh operating conditions and ensuring system stability. Typical Properties: Composition Polyether-modified silicone based Appearance White to yellowish emulsion pH, (25°C) 5-8 Viscosity, (25°C) 300～3000 mPa.s *Note: The values listed in this table describe the typical properties of the product and do not represent specification limits. How to use: The recommended dosage is 0.08kg to 0.5kg per ton based upon the mass of pulp. The optimum dosage should be determined by application-related test series. XP-675 can be used directly or diluted. Contact YS CHEME for detailed dilution method. |
