DESCRIPTION:

With the development of paper-making industry,the traditional sizing way which include both internal and surface sizing will be replaced by the surface sizing. CRM SA-2000T is developed via our years efforts. It is co-polymerized by polymer emulsion and kinds of cationic raw materials via special process. It can completely replace the internal sizing agent,reduce the sizing cost greatly, shorten the gelatinization time, increase the paper surface strength and have better water-resistance. It is widely used in the production of cultural paper, corrugated paper of high strength, paper board and etc with wooden pulps, straw pulps, bamboo pulps and waste water pulps. Technical Specifications: · Appearance: Milky white liquid · Solids content: 20±1%; 30±1% · pH:3-5 · Viscosity (25 ºC): ≤ 50 mPa.s · Ionic Type: Cationic · Solubility: Easily soluble in water Performance Characteristics: 1. To effectively increase the paper surface strength,shorten the gelatinization time so as to decrease the production cost. 2. To complete replace internal sizing agent and have better water-resistance 3. To increase the life span of foamer wires and blanket. The involved washing period is also prolonged. 4. It has better mechanical stability and there will be less foams during the operation process. Packing and Storage: · The package can be 200 Liters or 1000 Liters drums. It should be stored in cold place with temperature between 4ºC to 30ºC. · To avoid frozen and sunshine. The shelf life time is around 3 months.
