DESCRIPTION:
Usage: SLC-F series slitting rewinding machine is used to process after printing plastic film roll, laminating foils rolls(flexo printing or rotogravure printing). Normally, printing machine don't have good rewinding tension system. And printing machine will print multi-rows pattern at same time. So manufacturers will use slitter rewinder machine to cut wide roll into small width rolls for making plastic pouches bags. The model machine not only can cut BOPP, PVC, CPP, OPP, PE polyester plastic film rolls, but also can cut plastic film laminating with aluminum foil, paper laminating with aluminum foil and multi-layers material laminating rolls. Features: 1. Machine frame adopt 40cr alloy steel as raw material and casting process. The frame of the machine will never deform. 2. Servo motors and Japanese brand drivers control machine running. 3. Shaft-less type unwinder adopt hydraulic controlling to easily moving arms to pick up film rolls. 4. Transmission rollers are grooved type which can remove air in the surface of film web. 5. Rubber was wrapped in the rollers to prevent scratches on the surface of film web. 6. Top quality friction shafts to ensure rewinding rolls tension results. 7. The razor slitting knife is set in a position that is very convenient for the operator to adjust.
