Usage： The SLA series kraft paper slitter rewinder machine is engineered for the efficient conversion of kraft paper jumbo rolls into customized widths required for paper bag production. In addition, the machine is suitable for processing various paper materials, including duplex paper, cardboard paper, copper paper, white board and other ordinary paper and MG paper, wax coated paper, wood free offset printing packaging paper and other special paper. This machine is widely used in paper bag factories, carton production plants, paper product processing industries, and printing and packaging industries. The machine is the preferred solution for the paper product converting industry, aiming to increase the efficiency of the processing process and simplify the packaging process. 1. The machine body adopt 50mm thickness high quality steel plate. This ensures that the machine avoids shaking when running at high speed, thereby improving the accuracy of paper rolls slitting. 2. The machine has three servo motors, which are used for the transmission of materials and the rewinding after slitting. 3. MCGS touch screen, it have an intelligent operating program system with many function, automatic counting meter, automatic stop as setting rewinding meters, emergence stop and so on. 4. Automatic tension control. The machine can automatically measure the diameter of the mother roll and automatically adjust the output tension. 5. Hydraulic lifter unwinding structure make the jumbo rolls loading more easily and save labor. 6. The finished rolls will automatically unload to the ground. 7. The web guider system automatic detect the web edge and adjust position, which can improve the accuracy. 8. Slitting knife installing in the backside of machine, the design makes it more convenient to adjust the knife.
