INTRODUCTION: The Lab Master Release and Adhesion testing system operates with Windows® Based Software, and features: The ability to create user-defined test set-up, individual test speed selection, user-definable default areas for analysis, exporting graphs or data to Microsoft Excel and SPC programs, and enhanced Calibration - verifies existing and new calibration, and keeps a calibration log for ISO record keeping. Test data visually represents the characteristics of the peel. APPLICATIONS: Tape, Pressure-sensitive labels, Release Paper, Blister Packs, Closures, Seals, Security Labels, Medical Products SPECIFICATIONS: * Standard range of 0-4000 g (0-8.8 lb); loads up to 7000 g (15.4 lb) are available * Tests samples up to 5 cm (2 in.) wide with maximum peeling length of 30.48 cm (12 in.) * Variable speeds from 30.48 to 3048 cm in 1 cm/min. increments, and 12 to 1200 in. (1 in./min. increments) * Meets TLMI L-IA1 and L-IA2, PSTC-1, 3, and 4, and FINAT FTM 1, 2, 3, and 4 FEATURES: * User-selectable contact pressure, position, rate of separation and duration of test * Display test results as numbers and curves * Configure for R&D analysis or one-touch automated process control * RS-232 output * Includes Windows operating system and touch screen flat panel display in a compact, network ready unit * Innovative design (patent pending) maintains accuracy over changing loads and frequent use
